PORTER
We like to think of Porter as the
great, great grandfather of stout.
If you are prepared to go to the
dark side, you will find Red Duck
Porter is not as black as a stout,
similar, but with more body and a
greater complexity from many
different specialty malts, including
roast barley. At 6.4% its bigger,
richer, stronger and darker than a
lot of beers.
You might discover hints of dark
chocolate, toffee, molasses, treacle,
some people even think liquorice...
see what you can find..
